Do you have a product launch, or planning a ground breaking ceremony for a new development, or perhaps a big internal event for the company? A communications strategy should be kicked off at least three to six months prior to develop the event purpose, structure, theme, and messaging, ensuring everyone involved knows what is planned, have clear expectations of their input, and all the deadlines involved. It will also ensure your messaging is on point throughout and all important guests such as stakeholders and board members have been fully briefed.
